Withdraw from your order
Would you like to withdraw from your order? For distance purchases, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods.
How it works: Enter your order number (from your order confirmation) and your email address. You will then see your order items, select the items you wish to withdraw from and confirm with one click.
You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. We will then check the validity of your withdrawal and get back to you.
